This 1970’s clubhouse was in dire need of an update. The beams had been painted peach, blue indoor outdoor carpeting, peach walls, etc. We took the premises down to the studs and added all new windows, A/C units, and 3 ADA Compliant restrooms, including one to access from the pool area. Modern, neutral driven colors, and durable performance fabrics for wear and tear for years to come complete the spaces. The main area has a two fold purpose- one for large gatherings and a separate conference room for meetings or privacy. A local artist artwork graces the wall of the conference room with a nod to a little nostalgia of landmarks that were once here in the Phoenix area and a commissioned print of Coulter Estates.
