Arcadia Residence

The Santa Barbara Style Residence built by TDLC Development is located in the well sought after neighborhood of Arcadia. Top of the line finishes such as brick lined wine cellar walls, custom wood plank flooring, caesarstone counter tops, and high end appliances spared no expense. Not to mention the interior furnishings and custom artwork that grace the walls!!

North Scottsdale Residence

Updating this space was so fun! We started with brighter palette on the dark stone fireplace. Adding new accessories such as a rug layered with a hide, fresh pillows, marble coffee table and brighter panel fabric on the cabinet doors! But the major change was removing a large sectional that was tired and adding two opposing sofas and opening up this gorgeous space! Repainting the niches in a neutral color and adding some “fun face” vases finished off the touches!!

Carefree Residence

A dream job 2 year project on this 5,500 square foot remodel. The room seen here was once a bedroom. We opened up the entire space to the old kitchen and made a high end commercial type kitchen with the appliances and cabinets. Why it even has two dish washers!
